We operate in San Juan from Terminal D (click here for airport map).
The lounge is open between 06:00am and 08:00pm, and is located at the entrance of Terminal C. Pass through Security Check Point B, turn left and walk towards Terminal C until you see the ‘The Lounge’ sign. Take the lift to the third floor (please press 3R).
Passengers that have a connection flight in San Juan will be greeted by airport staff at the arrival gate and escorted to the departure gate or lounge (see Schedule service experience/ VIP service for service details).
Please make sure that once you buy the service, you provide your flight connection details, at least 48h before departure, to our travel experts team at fly@stbarthexecutive.com, or directly online during the purchase process.
VIP service is not refundable. We recommend that you don’t plan shorter than 2h connection between your flights in San Juan, to cover any lengthy security or border check or potential delays. St Barth Executive can not be held responsible for missed connection.
