Check-in time for all SBE flights is 1 hour prior to departure. All passengers‚ including children and infants must present their passport or acceptable official identity card and other travel document at check-in. SBE does not provide flight connections or baggage transfer to other carriers. It is passengers’ responsibility when making a booking to allow adequate time for baggage collection and rechecking if connecting to another carrier.
We recommend at least 2 hours prior to international connecting flights.
Because we operate on small airports doesn’t mean we compromise on security. In order to get the aircraft weight 100% accurate, we may ask our customers to step on the scale at time of checkin. That’s one small step for you, one giant leap for flight safety !
TSA pre-check will be available soon on flights from/to US. Until then, we invite our passengers to use standard screening.
VIP transfer service is proposed at San Juan SJU airport, for customers that have bought the service and provided valid connection flight details on our website or to our travel experts on fly@stbarthexecutive.com.
Customers who fail to provide other airline flight details will prevent St Barth Executive from delivering the VIP transfer service, and cannot be entitled to any refund or compensation.
