Pregnant women

Depending on which trimester you’re in, flying while you’re pregnant is just like any other trip. But if your pregnancy is farther along there may be a few extra steps you need to take during the planning phase.

• You don’t need a doctor’s note to fly until your third trimester. Once you reach 6 moinths, you’ll need a letter from your obstetrician saying it’s okay for you to travel.
  This letter must be dated within 7 days of the start of your trip, and state the pregnancy term at time of travel.
• Once you reach 8 months, flight on St Barth Executive is not authorized anymore.

Our advices for a comfortable flight:

• Choose layered and comfortable clothing.
• Wear compression stockings to facilitate blood circulation.
• Walk around from time to time. Reserve an aisle seat so that you may leave your seat with ease.
• Drink often, but avoid carbonated beverages.
• Attach your seat belt below the abdomen, low on the pelvis.

Infants and Children

Up to 15 years-old, every child must be accompanied by an independent adult who is at least 18 years of age. The accompanying adult may be under the age of 18 if he or she is the child’s father, mother or legal guardian.
Infants can travel with St Barth Executive as soon as they are seven-days old and have a passport. Under 2 years-old, they will travel on their parents lap for free, but still need to hold a valid reservation and ticket.

Pet travel

Travelling with a Pet is allowed when:

• Passenger’s fare include a check-in baggage allowance
• Service is booked properly as a special service on SBE flight
• Passenger must carry required documentation for the pet, including all required vaccines.

Please inquire about the current regulations for each country of origin, destination, and any connection countries (vaccinations, quarantine, etc.), as St Barth Executive disclaims all responsibility for the expenses incurred (booking change fees, hotel stays, kennel fees, etc.). if:

• Your pet has been refused on board due to non-compliance with our conditions of transport.
• Your pet has been refused upon arrival due to non-compliance with the current regulations in your destination country.

Pet should be placed in an approved bag/cage with maximum dimensions of 91x69x64cm, and total weight of bag/cage and pet shouldn’t exceed 23kg/50lbs.

Important: Your pet is part of your baggage allowance so that the weight of the sum of passenger’s luggage, Pet and its bag/cage shouldn’t exceed the checked-in baggage allowance.
